23.4. Creating a Hanging Protocol as a Copy

To create a hanging protocol based on an existing protocol or preset, go to the Hanging protocol tab (Fig. 23.1), select the protocol in the table, and click the Create a copy button. The new protocol creation dialog opens with the settings of the selected protocol.

The suffix _copy is automatically added to the name of the new protocol, and to its description — copy. If necessary, change its settings and save it.
