Access: account-based, staff-only
Best for teams where each user needs guaranteed access. Each named user has individual login credentials and dedicated access that does not depend on other users.
License term: 1–3 years, with an option to extend
How it works:
- Purchase one named user license for each employee who needs dedicated access
- Each user signs in with their own credentials
- Named users can work simultaneously without sharing access slots
- Users can sign in from any device, on-site or remotely
- More named user can be added at any time as your team grows
Access: account-based, staff-only
Best for teams that share a pool of user access. You can create any number of user accounts, but only the purchased number of users can access the Web DICOM Viewer at the same time.
License term: 1–3 years, with an option to extend
How it works:
- The number of concurrent users defines how many users need to be signed in at the same time
- You can create any number of user accounts
- Each user signs in with their own credentials
- Users can sign in from any device, on-site or remotely
- You can add more concurrent users at any time as your team grows
Access: no login required
Best suited for sharing studies with remote clinicians and patients, patient portal integration, and opening studies from HIS, RIS, ERP, and other systems without additional login or password entry.
License term: 1–3 years, with an option to extend
How it works:
- One concurrent link session allows one user to view a study through a shared link at a time
- No login is required
- Users can open studies on any device via browser
- The number of concurrent link sessions you need depends on how many people are expected to view shared studies simultaneously
- You can add more concurrent link sessions at any time

Personal connections are best for small clinics and teams with a stable core staff, where each user has an individual account for independent access.
Concurrent connections are best suited for large clinics and healthcare networks that need to provide access to DICOM studies not only for internal staff, but also for remote teams, external consultants, and patients. This model combines controlled access through individual staff accounts and secure study links with advanced management tools to help expand clinical services and improve patient care.

All connection types support remote access to DICOM studies.
For clinic staff, use Personal connections or Team account-based connections with remote access through individual usernames and passwords.
For external specialists and patients, access can be provided through Guest connections or Permanent DICOM study links, which open directly in a web browser or through a patient portal.
