Fill the formKEY MODALITIES OF COOPERATION
- Presence of an office in the country where the Distributor intends to distribute the products.
- Presence of qualified employees in the Distributor's staff who will be entrusted with distribution.
- Duration of work for at least 3 years in the market of medical products and services in the country in which the Distributor plans to distribute.
- The Distributor's activities are carried out on the basis of the concluded distribution agreement in Russian and English, which describes the mutual obligations of the Parties, the amount of price discounts provided to the Distributor and other conditions of commercial relations.
PAYMENT AND TRANSFER OF LICENSES FOR SOFTWARE PRODUCTS
- The transfer of licenses for software products purchased by the Distributor for subsequent resale is carried out on the basis of full payment of their cost in accordance with the terms of the distribution agreement.
- License cost paid by the distributor according to the terms of the distributor agreement is non-refundable.
INTERACTION WITH THE MANUFACTURER ON QUESTIONS OF TECHNICAL SUPPORT
- By default, Distributor requests are considered in priority order.
- To resolve technical support issues, the Distributor allows the possibility of connecting INOBITEC specialists through software for remote access to end-user devices to solve problems on the side of the Distributor's client.
INTERACTION WITH THE MANUFACTURER ON TRAINING ISSUES
- INOBITEC company provides a detailed illustrated User's manual in English free of charge and in open access.
- End-user training for the Distributor's customers may be provided upon Distributor's request. Training is provided by INOBITEC specialists for a fee.
ADVERTISING MATERIALS FOR DISTRIBUTORS
- INOBITEC company is ready to provide free of charge the services of its own designer, brand book, logos of its products in the required formats and resolutions for the production of advertising booklets in the official state languages of the countries in which the Distributor plans to distribute.
